Owning the local result when the map pack decides who gets called
For a local business the map pack is the shop window. Google Business Profile optimization plus Local Entity Authority is what makes a listing, a site and a set of profiles resolve as one trusted business.
The brief
Local intent converts faster than almost anything else, and it is decided by signals most sites never send. A listing that Google cannot reconcile with a website, inconsistent details across profiles, and no structured data means the algorithm has to guess which business you are — and guessing costs you the map pack.
What we did
- 01
Reconcile the Google Business Profile, the website and every social profile into a single entity using `sameAs` and a linked Schema Markup graph, so there is one unambiguous business rather than several partial ones.
- 02
Publish LocalBusiness structured data with a declared service area, matched exactly to the visible copy — search engines discount markup that disagrees with the page.
- 03
Harden the storefront itself: perfect Core Web Vitals and Zero Byte Initial Loads, because a listing that wins the click still loses the customer if the page is slow.
